Developing Attunement
& Supervision
Attune in new ways as a Breathwork Mastery RBM practitioner.
A four-week live series with Sarah Mann in sensing what’s happening for a breather beneath what you can see and hear.
Four live 2-hour sessions on Zoom · Replays for 6 months
Runs each spring, September to October
For Australian Breathwork Association members, this series satisfies a full year’s ongoing professional development requirement (equivalent to 15 hours of training and supervision).
I was sitting with a breather recently.
They were lying quietly, breathing, pretty still. Then there was the smallest shift in the air, and in their rhythm. I knew, before anything showed on the surface, that a wave of emotion was on its way. Over the next few breaths it arrived.
It doesn’t change anything outwardly. But I think a part of us longs to be seen this way. To be felt beyond what is on the surface. Something resolves, for breather and sitter, in being met like that.

What if you could sense more of the session?
So often we have no clue what’s happening for a breather. And to be real, you don’t need to know to be a highly effective Breathworker.
By graduation you trust the breather is having the experience they need (even if they ARE asleep), and you know how to debrief them.
But what if you could also sense into more layers of the session, and develop a clear perception of the breather’s unspoken experience? This is an advanced skill, beyond the required competencies for an RBM Practitioner. And you don’t need to be born sensitive. Attunement is a perception you can develop with practice.
You also don’t need to follow Steiner Waldorf philosophy. Sarah teaches the practices from her Anthroposophic Medicine training that she’s found most supportive as a Breathworker, and past groups have found them supportive too.
Meet Sarah
“Sarah has the most intentional, reverent, sensitive way of being with participants while they’re breathing. Just from watching her, I learn so much about the subtlety of what’s happening in the space.”
—Eleanor
Sarah Mann is an RBM Trainer, acknowledged by Alakh Analda in 2023, practising in the Breathwork Mastery lineage at the same level as Eleanor. She is a Naturopath who studied Anthroposophic Medicine over several years in Germany and Switzerland, after years working in a Steiner Waldorf kindergarten alongside Jess Miller.
That training taught her “living thinking”: perceiving this moment and the person in front of her, and letting a person’s self speak. What she didn’t expect was how much it would change her experience of sitting with people breathing. Every session, she learns something more.
The Series
Four weeks, step by step
Each session brings together theory, live practicals and a practice to take into your week. At its heart is the Child Study, a practice Sarah learnt in the Waldorf kindergarten and used in Anthroposophic Medicine. It’s the opposite of trying to work someone out: it’s the practice of opening up.
One.
The Fourfold Perception of a Breather
Learn the fourfold concept of the human being and apply it to Breathwork Mastery RBM. Begin to expand your perception of a breather’s experience, and apply the foundations outside the session.
Two.
Physical and Etheric Perception
Practise the first two stages of the Child Study. Learn to see people beyond the physical and material world, into the breather’s experience of time and space. How do we see what is not physical?
Three.
Astral and I Perception
Practise the final two stages of the Child Study. Where does the “material” moving for a breather live in the person? How do we attune as someone moves through it, and strengthen our perception of the self beyond it?
Four.
Moving from Parts to the Whole
Deepen attunement. Apply the tools for deepening perception in Breathwork Mastery RBM, learn ways to refine them, and develop a practice as a practitioner.

Take attunement into your sessions, with support
The series opens the door; supervision is where it lands in your practice. In a small group with Sarah, over four fortnightly 90-minute sessions on Zoom, you’ll bring real sessions, real questions and the people you sit for.
Each session weaves together an hour of group supervision (nothing is off the table), Child Study case studies with clients you choose to bring, an attunement meditation, and time exploring the human being in relation to rhythm and breathing.
Places are limited. Tick “Supervision Group” on the registration form to hear when the next group begins.
