Join us for a 6 Day Breathwork Retreat in the embrace of an ancient Oak forest, at Amara Valley Nature and Wellness Retreat Centre, Banyoles in Catalunya, Spain. Experience a week of immersive Breathwork, supportive community, nourishing meals and take time between sessions to swim, relax in the sauna and spa, or spend time in nature.
This is an opportunity to deeply rewire and unwind the stored stress, explore your breath, and step more profoundly into self-connection and vitality.
