2024 — Peru
(the first Annual Self-Mastery Retreat)
The Andes & Ayni, with Luis Quispe
Our first Annual Self-Mastery Retreat: 22 graduates, 10 days in the Andes, journeying with breath, community, sacred sites, the Q’ero cosmology, and plant medicines. We were blessed to be hosted by Luis Quispe of the Q’ero nation, the last direct descendants of the Inca. The sense of harmony mirrored a concept the Q’ero teach, called Ayni: sacred reciprocity. It was one of the most grounded, embodied experiences of Breathwork to date. We are all changed forever.
