Stage One: Personal Breath Experience
The European Stage One Training is completed over a mix breathwork retreats and online sessions, giving participants an incredible opportunity to experience their personal sessions in a highly supportive, and profoundly transformational environment.

To complete Stage One, you’ll join us in person for immersive 6-day Breathwork retreats, held in beautiful natural settings. Each retreat is a week of deep Breathwork, supportive community and nourishing meals, with time between sessions to swim, rest, and be held by nature. It’s an opportunity to deeply rewire and unwind stored stress, explore your breath, and step more fully into self-connection and vitality.
Monte da Orada is an ancient pilgrimage place in the Alentejo where healing springs meet. For centuries, people have travelled here for the restoring power of its sacred waters, a land believed to heal. A fitting setting to come home to yourself through the breath.
Every retreat includes:
- 12 Breathwork Sessions
- 6 x Nights accommodation
- Twin or Single Room Options
- All catering: Breakfast, Morning Tea, Lunch, Dinner
- Time to rest and restore between sessions

Stage Two: Theoretical Skills and Knowledge
The International Certificate in Breathwork Mastery was founded by Alakh Analda in 1998, and is the only Breathwork Program worldwide to have been accredited by the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). Endorsed by the Australian Breathwork Association and the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance. The workbooks are written by Alakh Analda, and have been delivered as a part of the curriculum for over 25 years.
Welcome, I am Eleanor Mann, director of The School Of Breathwork.
My journey with Breathwork began in 2004, with a dynamic breathwork session that sparked an immediate fascination and commitment to exploring the potential of the breath.
I met my teacher Alakh Analda in 2009, and trained with her, going on to complete a Diploma in Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery. Alongside this I hold a BA of Soc Sci in Counselling, a BA in Psychology (Hons), and a Grad Dip of Child Centred Play Therapy.
Having shared Breathwork with thousands of people around the world, I now bring all of this practice wisdom to guiding others to be incredible Breathwork practitioners. It is an honour to connect with you here.

Alakh Analda, initiated as a Yoga Swami in 1976, and since 1987, a Breathwork Mastery practitioner, Alakh is now a practitioner Trainer, since 1993, and the founder and director of Zentium International, Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery.
Since 1987 Alakh has been facilitating Rebirthing Breathwork mostly from a Sydney base. Besides long term private breathwork practise, she has facilitated many hundreds of Groups, Weekends and Six Day Workshops in all parts of Australia, and also overseas, in Rebirthing Breathwork with Chakras, Meditation and Yoga and Kriya Yoga training.
Stage 2 includes 7 Theory Workbooks and a monthly seminar via zoom with Eleanor Mann or Alakh Analda.

Stage Three: Supported Client Contact
In this final stage of training, trainees are individually supported to begin their professional practice as a Breathwork Practitioner.
This can be done either in-person, online or a mix of both.
Stage Three:
January 2028 to December 2028
In this final stage of training, trainees are supported to begin their professional practice as a Breathwork Practitioner.
Stage 3 is comprehensive, completed over 12 months and includes;
- 1:1 supervision and mentoring from Eleanor Mann and the TSOB trainers
- Group Supervision Sessions
- Assisting qualified RBM Practitioners in group Breathwork sessions
- Co-Facilitating groups alongside a qualified RBM Practitioner
- Minimum 220 direct client contact hours
The level of training, supervision and support in Stage 3 is relative to the depth that Breathwork supports people to get in touch with the deepest parts of their body-mind psyche.
Trainees at TSOB graduate with a significant level of experience, and are confident, highly supportive professionals. Towards the end of Stage 3 most graduates begin to earn money from session work, and are encouraged to begin to grow their Breathwork business within the support of the training container.
